What to remember

Remember the main general limits in Armenia: built-up area—60 km/h; residential/courtyard area—20 km/h. Outside built-up areas, passenger cars and trucks up to 3.5 t may travel up to 90 km/h, or up to 110 km/h on a motorway. The general limit for intercity buses, minibuses and motorcycles is 90 km/h, while other buses, passenger cars with trailers and trucks over 3.5 t are generally limited to 70 km/h, or up to 90 km/h on a motorway. A road sign may establish a different limit.
